I've been running for years, but today I finally found out what a truly easy, zone 2 run feels like.
I've been running way too fast all this time, at around 140-150 bpm, thinking it was an easy run.
The key was to stop looking at my watch, and start talking out loud to myself, like a complete madman.
My pace and heart drop immediately drop as soon as i start speaking and I'm able to maintain a steady, slow pace without thinking.
The best indicator all this time was the classic advice of being able to hold a conversation, not the fancy metrics on my garmin watch.
Sometimes more data and more gear only get in the way

It's crazy that AI can even do motion design now.
Building a simple video like this would've taken me a TON of work and learning after effects.
But now thanks to tools like remotion + claude code, it's all a few prompts away.
I'm not saying it was easy, because some parts were extremely frustrating, but it stills blows my mind what's possible today

Okay that was WAY too easy 😂 I created 🗑️ Tab Cleaner: My own Chrome extension that has no malware because I coded it myself and I can read the source code I asked this: "can u make a chrome extension for chrome called 🚮 Tab Cleaner it auto closes tabs after inactivity of like 5 minutes, but when we press it it shoudl open a little window hwere we can add HOST exclusions like google .com etc"
