Come to explore the global fertility crisis. Stay for the crazy videos of AI picking the fastest swimming sperm among millions in a petri dish. It even discovered a new sperm move - the fast-jerk corkscrew - that a human eye couldn’t detect. washingtonpost.com/video/national…

🚀 Aerospace engineer and former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe has landed in the Philippines to discuss the future of STEM education with @PhilSpaceAgency and academia. She exemplifies excellence ✨ in engineering and innovation, driving 🇺🇸🤝🇵🇭 ties as #PartnersInProsperity.

This week, @arbowe played her part in human health data collection efforts on #NS31 as a part of #EXPAND research! By monitoring Aisha’s vital signs before, during and after the mission, #TRISH scientists can take health data to study how the body reacts in #microgravity.🚀🚀🚀

There has been a lot of comment about Blue Origin’s flight this week. In amongst the noise and media attention given to some of the more well known passengers, it’s important to highlight that onboard there were two incredible STEM ambassadors. Aisha Bowe is an award winning aerospace engineer and STEM tech entrepreneur and CEO. Amanda Nguyễn is a bioastronautics research scientist, civil rights activist and campaigner who has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. The discussions as to whether these very short duration flights add much value beyond getting people to talk about space will go on and are valuable to have. They shouldn’t distract from the important work that is ongoing with space-based R&D and STEM advocacy by people for whom this is their lifelong career and passion. #stem #stemcareer #space

Today, the sky is not the limit. ✨ Black women everywhere are lifting up @GayleKing & @arbowe as they make history with @BlueOrigin’s first all-female space crew! 🚀 Safe travels, queens — the culture is behind you! 🖤 #BlueOrigin #GayleKing #AishaBowe @CBSMornings
