I loved this. There’s a couple reasons drawings work so well. One, they create an effective framework for telling stories. Two, drawings show our human hand in our work. Nice idea! lnkd.in/gDY3x8Ck

@jeffpatton When I see teams struggling with mapping a customer story, it’s often painful because they don’t have enough information about the customer. If that’s the case, find more customers and listen to their stories.

Agree. It’s a simple idea, but some products, and some contexts make it tough.

@jeffpatton I feel like we somehow keep screwing up story mapping, this would be extremely beneficial. I know all of the principles and what the purpose/intention is, but when put into practice I feel like I/we are missing something critical in practice.
