@XpressBees_IN What happened @firstcryindia @XpressBees_IN the pickup is still pending since 10 days.. everyday we get message for same agent for pick who never come and say he doesnt have big vehicle. No action taken even after multiple complaints. Looks like both are together in fraud.

@firstcryindia Worst company @firstcryindia , they take money , do not deliver or they deliver damage product and then do not replace. Its a fraud company, will not refund money, even if their system generated email say that.

We received a damaged baby cot nd when asked for replacement they have not picked up since 5 days and no assurance from customer care. Feel cheated becz they kept money and not delivering product. Horrible experience.
