• Cachorro elevado: Libera tu espalda alta y quita carga lumbar.
Menos estirar a lo loco y más control. ¿Cuál es tu postura clave al entrenar?

Actress Gabrielle Union really flew all the way from Omaha, United States, across oceans and continents, just to come bury her father’s ashes in South Africa next to a wine tree they planted together years ago 😭🇿🇦 Nah man… South Africa is really the mother of all countries. People leave footprints, memories, roots here forever. But serious question though… is it even legal to bury ashes next to a tree like that? 👀

@ForilTogo It would affect me or anyone if her father's spirit starts wandering around speaking isnigga

@DubeInathi @denetric_malope You are from Zim. Claim it with your chest. You 'll never ever be South African
English

@denetric_malope Their parents settled in SA , the kids were born in SA , understand migration. Even if they the parents have permanent residence, the kids will have ids but still use Zim passports, some of them have never stepped foot in Zim, naturally they will claim SA.

National Importance 📍💔🇿🇦
Please watch the entire video the conversation just gets worse. Driver's info and picture is at the end. I am trying to spread awareness about situations we are put in. I requested a ride from Johannesburg to Pretoria. This was the longest ride of my life. At some point I tried changing the s3xual topic to how dangerous it is for uber/bolt drivers because taxi drivers fight with them and he told me he had protection because he kept his f!rearm in the car. At that point I knew i just had to play along and pretend to be nice so l dont get hurt as he was far bigger and older than me.
Please do not wonder why I am giggling or laughing at what he
is saying even though I am uncomfortable, for my safety I played
nice. I just wanted to get home safely.
He even suggested that he was willing
to pull the car over on the highway if I
was willing to do something with him.

🚨EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ETHIOPIAN TERROSIST IS ROAMING FREE & HIDING IN SOUTH AFRICA: PLOT TO BOMB SOUTH AFRICAN MALLS.
The ISIS Leader, the R4 Million Bribe, and the Hawks Member Who Drove His Car Away: Inside the Case That Could Break South Africa's Elite Units [Part 1]
This is high level classified state military intelligence intel....
For over four years, Captain Wynand Olivier of the South African Police Service hunted one man: Abdella Abadiga (also referred to as Abdella Hussain Abadiga or Abdella Abadigga, a terrorism commander with direct links to ISIS operations in Africa.
In March 2022, the United States Treasury Department had placed Abadiga on a sanctions list for allegedly funding and coordinating ISIS activity on the continent.
He was no ordinary suspect; he was an Ethiopian national who had been arrested in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2017 on terrorism-related charges, only to be mysteriously returned to South Africa in 2020, stunning counter-terrorism investigators who had been building a case against him.
In 2023 Abadiga was arrested in an intelligence-driven takedown between the Vaal and Johannesburg. A major terror suspect was finally in custody.
And then, without explanation, he was released. No lengthy detention. No high-profile prosecution. Just freedom, handed back to a man Captain Olivier had spent years building a case against.
THE MALL OF AFRICA VANISHING
The disappearance took place on 29 December 2022, when Abadiga and his bodyguard, Kadir Jemal Abotese, walked into the Mall of Africa in Midrand, one of the busiest shopping centres on the continent. CCTV footage shows the two men having a meal in the food court and meeting with approximately seven individuals before leaving at around 12:01pm. Abadiga was last seen on camera paying for his parking ticket at 12:11pm. Then, the two men simply vanished.
Four hours later, Abadiga's Toyota Lexus was driven out of the mall parking area. But the men themselves were gone. Their whereabouts remain unknown to this day and they are now presumed dead.
In the aftermath, the finger of blame was pointed at one of the most respected institutions in the land: the South African Special Forces. Formal accusations of kidnapping were laid against SANDF operators basically accusing them of kidnapping. But then CCTV footage surfaced and that doesn’t lie.
A foreign national held CCTV material from the mall. That footage, according to intelligence insiders, shows something else: the Special Forces did not take Abadiga and his guard.
The soldiers who stand accused simply were not the ones who removed the two men. But the charges against the Special Forces are still on regardless the CCTV evidence.
Here is what doesn’t add up. The SANDF claimed it was merely conducting a "training exercise" at the Mall of Africa on the very day Abadiga vanished.
Major-General Herbert Mashego, the then general officer commanding the Special Forces, stated in a court affidavit that the exercise was designed to "train Special Forces members to evacuate members of the public, dignitaries and other people in the event of any emergency situation". CCTV footage showed vehicles registered to Peters Communications Trust, a SANDF-linked front company, at the mall at the time of the disappearance.
If the SANDF is telling the truth, someone wants the Special Forces to take the fall for this.
……Enter Lieutenant-Colonel Frans Mathipa, a senior investigator with the Hawks' Crimes Against the State division. He was appointed as the lead investigator to this case and Intelligence reports that Mathipa was paid R4 million to keep implicating the Special Forces in the disappearance.
So basically, Mathipa was paid R4 million to push a narrative that the elite military unit had gone rogue. But these are allegations so let’s thread carefully here.
