The guy carrying a youth who was killed by the police is Allan Ademba, just look at the bag. Very consistent with bad governance. Register as voters

I agree with him on matumbo. Why would anyone eat food with no reheat value? How it looks when it’s cold is how it is stored in your belly.

@JamieButon They gambled, saw somewhere that when directors have guns in their show's story it's always set in the US for realism .

Gangs of london is such a weird series, military grade weapons in the streets of London, and no police presence at all, waliamua realism hakuna

@FerdyOmondi You do understand thermodynamics? Uranium heats the water to steam, steam powers turbines, steam is then cooled back to water and re-used. Extremely effective.
English

Exactly. And here's what pro-nuclear voices won't tell you:
Nuclear plans are water guzzlers. They need billions of litres daily for cooling, actually 15-25% more than coal. Probably even worse in Kenya's tropical heat.
Lake Victoria's ecosystem can't handle thermal pollution, which kills fish and raises lake temperatures. Siaya fisherfolk would feel it first.
Another strand: Nile Basin treaties will kick in. Egypt and Sudan nearly went to war over the Grand Renaissance Dam.
A nuclear plant pulling from Victoria, the source of the Nile, triggers the 1959/1999 agreements + UNCLOS obligations. Egypt's already twitchy about water security. Do we want nuclear as their next flashpoint?
Oh, by the way, Tanzania and Uganda may have veto power. A shared lake means regional buy-in is required. One "no" stalls everything.
Remember, Kilifi locals killed the coast site. Now multiply that resistance by X3 countries.

The Nuclear Power Plant on Lake Victoria will demand higher international Environmental & Legal requirements to be met, and plenty of cross border - from Tanzania to Egypt - Stakeholder engagement to be undertaken before building a nuclear power plant on Lake Victoria. 🧵
