Majority of my UGC income is from one company! This is why it's so worth it to build long-lasting relationships with brands. The communication has always been phenomenal between us & the mutual respect is 👌

❗️Need help negotiating this one❗️ A brand is offering me a gifted partnership including 1 mattress (value of ~$1500 - $2400), 1 duvet (~$300), and 2 pillows ($200/each). They want: - 3 images/carousel & 4 reels all posted on my IG - exclusively for 5 months total - All deliverables sent to them for cross-platform posting for ad usage Google tells me that there annual revenue is $28+ million 🤪 Should I ask to be paid or would you take this as a completely gifted partnership?? #ugccreators #ugccommunity

@ardenzinger I would not try to get paid for this one only because I need a new mattress and they are expensive! However, i probably would try to negotiate down the deliverables because that's too much for a gifted campaign.

@UGCmichelle_ @mjsocialscom That’s what I was thinking too! Also, does exclusivity mean I can’t work with any other brands during that period or just other brands that are within the same niche? 🤔

@ardenzinger @mjsocialscom I’d at least try to negotiate for paid ad usage rights. Say that you’re ok collaborating for the gifted collab but for the paid ad you usually charge a fee for the months they’re planning to run it and see what they say.

Question for the UGC creators: What would you find more engaging when scrolling through TikTok 1. A mashup of lifestyle clips with an engaging voiceover. OR 2. The creator says the same words as the voiceover but speaks to the camera?
