The aim was to counter India in propaganda and promote Pakistan’s narrative globally. A parallel focus emerged on Afghanistan amid tensions with the Taliban. This approach effectively enabled them to leverage even their opponents in the narrative campaign against Pakistan, contributing significantly to their advantage in this domain.
