Good Friday is a good day to remind people that Word-Faith theology has a thoroughly heretical view of Christ's atonement. Specifically that Jesus did not atone for sins on the cross, but rather in Hell where He died spiritually and had to be reborn (Yes, you read that right). Here is but one example. This is standard, bread and butter, Word-Faith theology. Copeland, Duplantis, Dollar, Joyce Meyer, etc. have all taught this. This is full, undiluted heresy. Full stop.

The late African-American pastor and evangelist Dr. E.V. Hill was once asked if he thought Jesus was Caucasian, as depicted in paintings. Here is his reply: "I don't know anything about a white Jesus... I know about Christ, a Savior named Jesus. I don't know what color He is. He was born in the brown Middle East; He fled to black Africa; and He was in heaven before the gospel got to white Europe. So, I don't know what color He is." "I do know one thing: if you bow at the altar with color on your mind, you'll get up with color on your mind. Go back again - and keep going back until you no longer look at His color, but at His greatness and His power - His power to save!"

If there is a God, you owe him far more than a morally decent life.

The Bible has always been opposed by the world. Dismissed by the elites. Suppressed by the godless. Yet, it remains undefeated. People come and go like grass. Nations rise and fall. The Word of God lasts forever.

“Angels may help to connect men with God’s appointed preachers, they are never allowed to do more.”

A born again farmer who studies to understand Scripture under the Lordship of Christ has infinitely more biblical understanding and wisdom than the accomplished biblical scholar who denies the deity of Christ and the verbal inspiration of Scripture.

The idolatry surrounding youth sports in contemporary America is mind boggling.

2/2 The first diversity brings awe and wonder to His creative genius. The second diversity brings division and disruption to the Body of Christ. Embrace the right diversity.

1/2 Just to be clear . . . God loves diversity of people and nature and all created things. God hates diversity of different ways to interpret His Word and His character.

The progression of LGBTQ expectations: Tolerance: respectfully let us be Affirmation: agree with us Celebration: cheer us Participation: be us Christians can be tolerant, but cannot do any of the other three.

The Holy Spirit was the Person who conceived Jesus’ birth. The Holy Spirit was the Person who baptized and anointed Jesus’ ministry. The Holy Spirit was the Person who resurrected Jesus’ death. How then can we be ever hope to be like Jesus without the Holy Spirit?

The devil knows each of us by name but calls us by our sins. Jesus knows each of our sins but calls us by our name. It’s called grace.

If you want to be more Kingdom-minded, you’ve got to spend more time with the King.
