Email received, PARENTS & COACHES. How would you handle this situation. Last week my daughter's coach told us that at the moment whilst our daughter is welcome to continue with training she would not be put forward for matches anymore because she is not at the right level. (I wasn’t aware that there was a “right level” of football when you’re aged 8) “How on earth do you explain to a child that they can no longer play matches for their team anymore because they aren’t good enough.” My daughter has been a member of the team for 3 years, never misses training and loves matches. Sadly she is not the best player on the team, but my husband and I always had the philosophy that as long as she enjoyed it that was all that mattered. How on earth do I now explain to my child that they can no longer play matches for their team anymore because they aren’t good enough. I can’t help but feel this goes against all the grassroots philosophy or are we just being over sensitive parents!!! I would like to know if you have any advice on how to handle this situation? (If indeed you even think this is a situation).

@Teamgrassroots_ This is tough. I think this depends entirely on the true ambitions of the club and that needs to be explained to parents from the get go.

Was able to get in finally last night but then both flights I attempted resulted in the game crashing and bumping me out to the Xbox Home Screen. So I just shut down the Xbox and figured I would try again tonight. Stinks I paid 200 for aviator package and still haven’t been able to fly

The waiting queue to login to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has been resolved. We are aware of additional technical issues that the team is working to address. We will have another update later today.

We have increased our server capacity and are seeing more players accessing the sim, however, we are still seeing access issues continue. This is not the launch experience we want for our players and want to apologize to the community. We will continue to work around the clock with our partners and will provide updates until the issues are resolved.

We are aware of user reports of long initial loading times into Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. With so many users initializing the sim concurrently, we have a large number of server requests. We are working to help resolve the issues as soon as possible. For users whose initial load is past 90% and no longer progressing, we recommend a reboot. Otherwise we advise waiting to allow the loading to proceed as normal.
