Last week Marjorie Taylor Greene said that an adopted mother is "not a mother," and implied that they are not real moms. Former RNC Chair Michael Steele has something to say about this. Steele said that Greene's comments really impacted him on a personal level: “It just struck such a raw nerve for me as an adopted child to think that Marjorie Taylor Greene could look at my mother and say she’s not a mother,” Steele said. “Motherhood is something that comes from the heart. It’s something you do. It’s an expression of love.” MTG's comments really angered be as someone with adopted family members.  Adoptive parents care for and love their children just as much biological parents.  Why on earth would a congresswoman imply that adoptive parents shouldn't have as much of a say in their children's lives? Would love to hear your thoughts.

@chrisbergman Yup - Friday and Monday are out because of the rest of the world, and Tuesday is a cushion day and Thursday is a lot of people’s Fridays. Wednesday is the logical choice.
