Trainers, we have resolved server issues that were impacting Primal Kyogre Raid Day and have extended the event until 7:00 p.m. local time for all regions.

@inbrightfire @NianticHelp The issue wasn’t fixed until after 10PM our time for most of us , so we missed almost the whole event

@arialxjade @NianticHelp Was anyone able to get a fix for this? Happened after the first hour ended and still nothing for me. The event is completely over but I can't even log in

@NianticHelp there have been mass reports of continuous issues during the kyoger raid day that did not get fixed. Many were locked out of their accounts until AFTER the event ended due to being booted during a raid for over SEVERAL HOURS. We have not received any helpful updates/responses. This was not a connection issue, a troubleshooting response will not suffice. To have a major issue like this happen on a raid day is NOT okay.

@NianticHelp We’re having login issues after being booted from a server with 20 people in it during a kyoger raid. We have been unable to log back in for almost an hour. All 20 people have lost access to the game/ login accounts and possibly their passes for that raid. Please help!
