@LuluDcheff Injuries have killed us again. No manager or club will survive our level of injuries. There no magic there. What did Pep do when is team was suffering from injury?

What has really happened to Martín Zubimendi? This clearly isn’t an ability issue , it’s something deeper. Right now, it looks mental as much as physical. First, he has lost composure under pressure. The calmness and control we saw earlier in the season just aren’t there anymore. Secondly, his mobility has dropped. He’s no longer covering spaces the way he used to, and that points to fatigue. Everything about his game now feels safe ,sideways passes, back passes no intent, no authority. The physicality is gone. The game-reading, the timely interceptions that stood out at the start of the season have all vanished. That doesn’t just happen randomly. Earlier in the season, Declan Rice still had the energy to compensate, covering a lot of ground and masking some of these issues. But now, even Rice looks drained, there’s no extra fuel left to cover for anyone. And it becomes even more obvious when David Raya plays a progressive, line-breaking pass… only for Zubimendi to recycle it straight back or go sideways again. It kills momentum completely. This is not the same player we saw at the start of the season. An unbiased analysis makes that very clear. At this point, Mikel Arteta has to look at himself in the mirror.

@beingSARANGI Why is every blame on the manager? The truth is, without first team players available, do not expect any magic. Infact no manager will survive with how level of injuries.

To Wenger, Pat Rice, Ljungberg, Wright, Bergkamp, other ex Arsenal players and managers who know what's its like to win a title - can you please reach out to Mikel and give him a shake-up. Just normal football. Less control - just basic routine high school football from here on, will do the trick.

@Mighty_Gunners_ You are right. Twitter is now very toxic, no reasonable comment just insults to the team and manager. May be it is better we just stick to fighting for top 4 and winning FA cup

@LuluDcheff This is rubbish. How many players have been overplayed? I will name Rice and Zubimendi only. The rest have had sufficient rest and injuries.

You can’t ignore it anymore, this isn’t just a bad patch, it’s the consequence of how Mikel Arteta has managed this squad all season. He’s run his core players into the ground. From the start of the campaign, it’s been the same group playing every high-intensity minute, with very little trust shown in the wider squad. When the team was flying, that approach looked like control. Now? It looks like burnout. The sharpness is gone, the aggression is gone, and mentally they look exhausted. Midfield is the clearest example. Martín Zubimendi didn’t suddenly become a bad player all of a sudden. he looks like someone who’s played too much football without rest. The intensity, the duels, the anticipation… all faded. That’s not just form, that’s fatigue catching up. And without Martin Ødegaard, there’s zero control. No composure, no direction. Teams have figured it out, press Arsenal, disrupt the rhythm, and they collapse into panic. Bournemouth just followed the same blueprint Manchester City exposed. What’s more worrying is the in-game management. That triple substitution? It screamed desperation, not strategy. When your team already looks mentally fragile, chaotic changes only make it worse. Arteta has to take responsibility here. Squad management isn’t just about picking your best XI , it’s about keeping them physically and mentally alive across the season. Rotation isn’t weakness, it’s survival. Now you’re relying on players like Bukayo Saka, Jurrien Timber, Riccardo Calafiori and Ødegaard to come back and instantly fix everything… with no rhythm, no match fitness, and massive pressure. That’s a dangerous gamble. Right now, this isn’t just about tactics ,it’s a team that looks physically drained, mentally checked out, and poorly managed over the long run. And unless something changes quickly, the season could slip away not because of ability… but because the squad has simply been run into the ground. The Kroenke’s need to come out with full pressure, Either He(Arteta) wins pl and or the champions league, he needs to go. He has taken us as far as he can.

Every single person that has been skeptical about Arsenal winning the league despite being 9 point ahead is because of one thing, they Lack Mentality, and it was obvious today again. It’s an home game, against a lower ranked side and the best Tactics is to come and be pragmatic, they did it in the first half, went one behind and was still pragmatic they got a lucky penalty and the game was level, yet they entered for the second half and was still pragmatic like they were defending a point. The defence kept on panicking, Raya making series of mistake, could barely play out of pressing. Bournemouth grew in the game and got the deserved win. One would have thought they would have played to go 12 points ahead before Man City kick a game, knowing fully well the next EPL game is against City and they could have wrapped up the league. Now they have put themself in a more dangerous position, they’re one Man City loss from bottling this league. Continue from here

We have two options at the end of the season if Arteta fails to win. - Beg him to resign and leave because the owners won't sack him. - Protest the owners get out of the club for persisting with him. If we went to be shit let's be super shit, if we want to be good let's be super good. I'm tired of being in between.

It’s genuinely crazy that despite Arteta being an ex Spanish midfielder and la masia graduate, he has one of the worst talent IDs ever for midfielders. — Signed Havertz and Merino to replace Xhaka, they both failed at it, and ended up having decent spells as strikers. — Signed Zubimendi to replace Partey and Jorginho, turns out to be the worst DM Arsenal has ever employed.

Arteta’s biggest problem is not his coaching ability, it’s his recruitment. Signing Madueke and Havertz is self sabotage, even unlicensed street coaches wouldn’t sign them.

@ConvertOdds He thinks he has learned everything from Pep, one thing he fails to accept is he can't win without class players. The moment the players ain't performing, Pep spends heavily same with Enrique. You want to win the league with Martinelli and Trossard as LW? Zubimendi as DM? lol

If replaced with a Top manager, Arsenal won't return to just Top 4 clubs.. Manager who are more experienced that Arteta and would even handle the team well... He has and is doing a good job, but if he can't scale through in winning an EPL title. Then he should leave and also find success somewhere else

In Eze and Gyökores, Andrea Berta scores 4 out 10. He failed the Gunners big time, and largely the reason the Arsenal are struggling is because these two players have failed to fit or will never fit the Arsenal system. Eberechi Eze is a senior player, aged 27 years and can no longer be waited for to adapt of gel at the Arsenal. He is an experienced premier league player and definitely not unfamiliar with the game and culture around. He is a London boy, born and bred there where everyone breathes and oozes Arsenal. He is red in and out. He cannot be waited for anymore to arrive. Either he arrives or was never here in the first place. Gyökores is equally a senior player who has played top flight football in Europe's top leagues and competition. I'd excuse him because I was very sure he is not the Arsenal prototype, that is why I'll go slow on him. Unfortunately for Eze, I have to be scathing and demanding. Football is not a fashion show or runway. You cannot play with the flair and mood of a model in Paris on the pitch. You've got to be serious! I'd even suggest he cut off those neat and polished trendy and fashionable dreadlocks and go clean for a start. There are many things standing in front of Eze and the game. And fashion and looks is one of them. It is also evident in his swagger and the way he walks or give passes, his lazy attitude et al. Can the real Eze stand up! Or Berta needs serious explanation how he made two wrong calls in one window!

Bro, we’ve been playing some depres sing football under this man. These players can’t just turn bad all of a sudden. Eze for Instance wasn’t like this at Palace, Gyokeres used to score goals for fun, Zubimendi was almost unplayable in Laliga, Saka is a different player in the national team, Odegaard creates well for Haaland in Norway

@KelsTheAnalyst I would say Arteta is just unlucky. He has been the best manager for three seasons now in a row. If you look at the amount of injuries this season, you would realize that he has done well to still keep Arsenal at 1st

I told ya'll about Mikel Arteta's shortcoming as a coach but Arsenal fans talk about him like he's some messiah whereas he's still a flawed manager Let's not even get started on the lack of genuine superstar quality at the top end of the pitch to win games, or at least profile the decent ones you've got correctly, but he's still failing at the basics. While also profiling Timber as an all phase FB is detrimental to Arsenal's attack when he should strictly be used as a lockdown RB/RCB to maximize his strengths and cover his attacking weakness, but no, Arteta keeps insisting he takes up attacking positions that natural attackers should occupy and then wonder why they struggle creatively from open play. If Arteta fails to win one of the Premier League or Champions League this season after that level of investment, then serious questions need to be asked and tough decisions need to be made. Well, that would ultimately come down to their hierarchy's level of ambition though.
KTA@KelsTheAnalyst

For all Mikel Arteta's coaching brilliance he's abysmal at setting up a well functioning attack that optimizes his players to maximize their full potential consistently, hence the investment on appointing a set-piece coach & heavy reliance on them as an avenue to open up games or seal victories, even when playing poorly against sides they should be blowing away. Goes to show that the 2022/23 season was an anomaly offensively due to the metronomic passing of Xhaka & Zinchenko on the LHS, that overinflated Martinelli & Odegaard's numbers to heights they have since struggled to replicate after the former duo left the club In their absence he's had to rebuild his attack with even more depth and tools on deck but he's proving how clueless he is at putting the pieces together Signing Gyokeres, using Eze as a box crashing RCM, still prioritizing Trossard and running Saka into the ground without dynamic support on his flank means Arsenal still have a Tier B level attack compared with Europe's elite, albeit excellent defensively to see them win more games than they lose. They would likely win a trophy this season not due to being the most brilliant team overall but due to the rest of the contenders performing below expectations I won't be surprised if we come back to this though because anything could still happen when it's comes to Arsenal's case.

You guys always look for who to scapegoat, Eze is usually the target. Can we talk about each and every Arsenal player today? Apart from Rice & Madueke, who else really played well? Is it Timber that Lewis Potter turned into dinner tonight? Where was Trossard all through the game? Trying to hit the ball on Kayode consecutively, so as to spam corners. If Igor Thiago wasn’t so foolish, do you know how many times he got the better of Gabriel and Mosquera, not to talk of how Gabriel was lucky to escape a second yellow card. Did Zubimendi even play today? Saka came in for 20 minutes, tell me what he did? Odegaard came in at half time for Eze, what was his impact in the game? You guys just love to single out the easiest target, like we didn’t watch the game or other games. Arsenal are a boring team to watch, take it or leave it. They might end up winning the league, but it was far from an entertaining display, who cares anyways. Don’t single out Eze for whatever happened in this game. The whole team was poor, bar Dec & Madueke.

One of my worst fears in Nigeria is someone being kidnapped. The reason I fear kidnapping so much is that “asking for ransom” — as badly as it sounds — is the best possible outcome, except they just let you go. There are a lot more worse things that could happen. - You could be repeatedly raped all year round. - Someone could turn you into an object of their fetish desires. - You could be slowly killed, harvesting different parts of your body at a time. - You could be turned into a baby factory, getting impregnated every 9 months while selling off your babies - You could be sold into modern slavery - You could be killed to make a point. Anything. Anything could happen to you without asking for money—and you have zero power. Zero. Imagine what those young girls are going through now. Just try to imagine it. And in this country, you cannot be hopeful there’s help coming for you. Crazy.
