Participants also reported better self-care and help-seeking practices. Members of the support network of self-employed young women mentioned gaining a clearer understanding of practical ways to provide support at home and in business.

Eighty-nine self-employed young women participated, alongside seventy-nine members of their support networks in selected sessions, facilitated by twenty-eight trained instructors.
