Gaji guru nomor 1.5 kalau ga mau disebut menomorduakan. Menurut gw cara pikir kayak gini akan bikin pendidikan gak maju2 sampai kapanpun. After Nadiem dan antech2nya apakah pendidikan kita jadi lebih maju? Nggak. Skor PISA makin jeblok iya. Ketika di-confront jawabannya faktor covid. Orang yang diwawancarai adalah guru. Bukan influencer it's self. Dia layak dapat panggung daripada kebanyakan kita, yang bukan guru. Justru orang tech idealnya tanya ke mereka, sebagai techian, apa yang paling dibutuhkan untuk boost pendidikan kita, untuk siswa, untuk guru. Bukan malah merasa harus paling layak didengar pendapatnya dan para stakeholder seperti kerbau dicucuk hidungnya suruh nurut kalian. Kebalik. Kalian dengerin lalu upayakan bikin solusi. Ini dunia mereka, techian yang bantu. Techian kan ada emang untuk membantu domain expertise bidang lain sehingga bisa memberikan value yang bisa dinilai paling efektif dan efisien. Para senior/dosen bidang tech juga sering bilang gini. Makanya soft skill 'MENDENGARKAN' ini jadi penting. Bukan mau menang sendiri, orang suruh ikut maunya elu tanpa dengerin kebutuhan paling fundamental stakeholder. Kalau ini Gojek or Bukalapak which is swasta, go ahead.
