I am very passionate about Indian Cheese, from the Cheese makers in Kullu, to Kodaikanal, these are amazing cheese. I wish more and more chefs used Indian Cheese, Kaladi is an amazing example but sadly it's dying, very few cheesemakers in Udhampur have been open to sending it to Delhi on a bus, so I am restricted to using it only at our home kitchen ~ I wish we could use it commercially. The Cheddar that we use at Meal Combo Box Company comes from Kodaikanal now, the Ghee that we use comes from Verka in Punjab, India's Dairy sector has potential far greater than what we can imagine. I remember in early 2010's, I was interacting with Mother Dairy and the numbers they shared were unbelievable. Last year at ahaar, I met the Eleftheria Cheese team and they are so passionate in putting India on the map. Great work guys - love your Burnost

Denying a genuine claim like this defeats the purpose of your warranty policy. I request a fair re-evaluation and proper inspection by an authorized service center instead of assumptions based on photos. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

Hello , @Lenovo @Lenovo_in this is unacceptable. I purchased extended warranty expecting peace of mind. I have never used any third-party charger and the device has been handled carefully, yet you’re blaming “forced insertion” without physical inspection. Reference ID: 2030507739

This is disappointing, especially from a Tamil Nadu–based startup. If customer support isn’t reliable even within your own state, it raises serious concerns about service elsewhere. 👉 My suggestion: Think twice before buying from them.

But later, they said returns are not available at my location. I shared my location again — still no resolution. Seriously? If DLF Cyber City, Chennai isn’t serviceable for returns, then maybe it’s time to rethink your delivery partner.
