Company intranet has now turned into my favorite slack app 1. At 7 pm it ran a daily code clean up of its own code 2. Then answered my questions for LLM costs - pulling data from our Posthog and analyzing it for me 3. Now it’s working on making this a daily update thing

Pretty soon, I think we’ll see software shipping with Claude Code SDK embedded inside. Users will use it to configure and modify the software to meet their exact needs. The best changes will get passed back to the software developer and reincorporated in the master release.

the most common starting message in the morning these days at work - "looks like payment failed for X". broad-swept rules created by our regulator have made running the show so difficult for small businesses, and the banks have no bean in them to fight dumb archaic rules and solve for us. yes we have the money, yes the cards have not expired, yes we follow all the guidelines, yes the payment worked yesterday, last month. and no, we don't want to setup an overseas account, we want to build, pay and accept in India without friction. one would assume this is the 1st thing that's sorted. jeezaloo.

I see things like /simplify and the existence of code review and bug finding AIs. I have to ask, why do these things exist? Why doesn't the coding agent just naturally do these things? I'm sure there's a good answer. Can someone help me understand?

Combined, these kills automate much of the work it used to take to (1) shepherd a pull request to production and (2) perform straightforward, parallelizable code migrations.
