My message to all Muslims around the world: I, as an Afghan and a pure and proud Muslim, openly announce that #Kashmir is part of #India. #Pakistan has invaded Kashmir, and we will stand against this invasion once we become powerful. All Muslims should support my statement.

nobody tells you this but the gym creates a disgusting unfair advantage in life. and this is the most underrated life hack: get close to 12-15% body fat and watch how every other area of your life suddenly improves. your diet gets clean because you don't want to ruin progress. your sleep becomes sacred because recovery matters. your work ethic skyrockets because discipline is now your identity. the gym is the trojan horse for total life transformation.

the healthiest, wealthiest, most grounded men i've come across not a single one was okay with mediocre. high standards aren't a personality trait they carry around and boast. it's just the only way they know how to live.

I don’t understand how grown-up people eat chaat, pani puri, momos, vadapav or dosa for dinner and go to bed. How do you guys feel full without a gram of protein in your meal?😤

How much have you been paid to post this!!! Why don’t you, your fraternity and #ITCellChaprasis marketing and promoting the movie #Dhurandhar2 and its star cast leave it for the people to judge and make comments and posts like yours. You people think only fools live in this country who will fall on the feet of the stardom and popularity you people carry. Mistaken - Not all fall for glamour and such lousy promotions, rather many get repelled by it. Finally, it’s for the people to judge how the film is - Your clan can vomit anything and everything, sensible people give a damn. #Dhurandhar was a #Propaganda Movie and the manner in which #ITCell and you people people have been deployed - #Dhurandhar2 is same. Wont watch it for EVEN FREE!!!

The @Dhurandhar2 is a HORROR. It is a horror for all filmmakers who built their careers and their fortunes on dumbed down, over the top cinema. The cinema that demanded the brain to be left at home . The cinema that was rammed down our throats full of LOUDNESS and MASALA which will be now soon on a ventilator struggling for breath #Dhurandar2 will scare the living hell out of every filmmaker who still worships the godly hero In #Dhurandhar2 , @RanveerOfficial killed all those heroes who never bleed ,and never feel pain , and then over the dead bodies of those kind of outdated heroes ,he gave birth to a true real hero , flawed, yet dangerous and unpredictable and also his heroism comes from his actions instead of being thrusted upon the heads with ear drum shattering music Compared to this new kind of hero , the godly heroes will suddenly look ridiculous, almost like clowns in a circus. And then their blind worshippers will feel naked, exposed and scared hearing of the collections #Dhurandhar2 will terrify those who built their careers on action set pieces where physics is a joke and gravity is non existent . The scenes, where men are thrown fifty feet in the air, bounce off the ground like rubber balls, survive explosions that would vaporise cities, and still deliver punch dialogues while dusting their shoulders will be hunted and killed by the new audience After the audience saw action that actually hurts, that actually bleeds, the flying goon brigade will suddenly feel cheap, fake, and embarrassingly ridiculous . The filmmakers who still swear by wires and cranes to fake uplift the heroes will now wake up shivering in cold sweat. It will make the pan india directors tremble in their chairs , the ones who still believe characters are created by hairdos, costumes, photo shopped six packs, and designer clothes instead of intrinsic psychological depth When the audience of #Dhurandhar2 saw a hero whose power comes from his mind and not his biceps, the hair and costume school of cinema will look like kindergarten dress up. Dhurandhar 2 is not just a film. It is a verdict. With Dhurandhar 2 @AdityaDharFilms cut off the head of that kind of cinema , the one that insulted the intelligence of the audience , the one that replaced stories with bloated gaudy visuals , the one that turned heroes into gods and audiences into sheep The collections of #Dhurandhar2 are now in the process of burying all those earlier makers beliefs in a grave so deep that even their ghosts can’t come out And the screams you are hearing now of #Dhurandhar2 box office collections is the collective sound which is announcing their deaths. If the makers of those kind of films which are already under production , or about to start shooting , don’t go back to their drawing boards and exorcise themselves by watching #Dhurandhar2 multiple times even GOD can’t save their SPIRITS But the problem is , even if they intend to do that , they might have tonnes of money, but where will they get the brain of @AdityaDharFilms ? 😳😳😳

The most powerful military on the planet asked ten countries for help and they all said no. The US has been declining as a global superpower and this seals the deal. This is our Berlin Wall moment. The days of the US being superior are OVER. Thanks MAGA.

i've answered the "what should i eat" question maybe 400 times in my coaching career. same answer every single time. home cooked food. adequate protein. vegetables. whole grains. right portion. no packaged junk nonsense between meals. you know what's funny? not one person who asked that question was actually confused about food. they knew dal was better than maggi. they knew a home cooked meal was better than zomato at midnight. they knew fruits were better than chai and biscuits at 4pm. what they were actually asking was different. they were asking: "is there a version of this where i don't have to change how i currently eat?" and the answer to that question, every single time, is no. fat loss is not a knowledge sport. nobody is out here losing 15 kilos because they finally discovered some magic. they lost it because they either learnt the structure with some coach or figured it out themselves and started eating the right food. homemade food. consistent. boring if it has to be. sustainable because it fits real life. that's the whole plan. you already know what to eat. you've always known. the only question worth asking now is whether you're ready to actually do it.

level 1 indian: eats whatever is served, never questions it, calls it culture. level 2 indian: starts reading about nutrition, gets mocked by level 1, almost gives up. level 3 indian: stopped explaining himself two years ago. just eats his meals with extra protein and leaves.

@Fancricket12 Azharuddin and VVS have almost similar records. The 1st four are obvious. But the 5th place is debatable. Perhaps Azhar's controversial career and VVS's clean track record tilts the scales in favour of the latter.

My mother tongue is Bengali. I never learnt or studied Hindi in school. But still I can speak Hindi effortlessly, more so because I have worked in diverse geographical regions and have adapted myself accordingly. Forcing kids to learn an additional language in school makes no sense. One doesn't really need to learn a language in school to be a master or it.

Kids who dont speak Hindi as their mother tongue should not be forced to learn Hindi in school. This energy should be diverted to English and Science. English is the bridge to the world. Most of the reliable technical texts are in English. Even AI prompts are English.

Every Indian must be ashamed about the ongoing Hindi imposition in India. Hindi imposition is one of the biggest human rights violation in world. Hindi imposition is destroying the moral values of India. #StopHindiImposition

india’s food culture is bringing a serious health crisis. a full blown damage. what’s worse is this junk culture is no longer a city problem. it’s reached villages. 10 years ago, labourers in field drank jaggery-based juice or sugarcane juice after field work for quick energy but now they demand samosas and cold drinks. every street corner is selling food fried in reused oil. momos, samosas, bhature, fried soya chaap and these aren’t snacks anymore, they’ve become meals. people eat them 4-5 times a week. listen your diet is trash, and it’s killing you. you need to stop eating outside frequently. stop deep-frying everything. you need to replace half your plate with seasonal vegetables. you need to eat real protein because the closest thing to protein in your meal is a few grains of dal. try this for a month. just one month. and then tell me you don’t feel like a new person. make the best use of this platform. avoid getting in useless debates. stop picking sides. pick your side and be an action taker. learn and apply. results will speak for itself.

So when a man earns, does he earn only for himself and spends only for himself? Doesn't the man also support his spouse and his children through his earnings? Where do you think the rent, the electricity, the clothes, the rations come from? But let's accept on face value what you want to convey. To put it bluntly, it would never be acceptable for any woman if the roles were reversed, and say if the man took care of the home and the woman worked outside and supported her man and the family. Then such a man would be termed by the society as "biwi ke kamai pe khaane wala nikamma". That's how hypocrisy works in the real world.

So what? What's your point really? They get paid so that they can put a smile on the faces of their family members through their hard earned money. They toil hard just so that their beloved ones can dream of having a safe & secure life. Every single person has their own role to play towards happiness and fulfillment of their loved ones and the ones they care for.
