The NYPD is investigating after a flag with swastikas on it was raised on NYU's campus during graduation week. The flag was quickly taken down, and in a statement, a spokesperson for NYU said, “We are shocked and deeply troubled that this hateful symbol expressing antisemitism was raised on a flagpole overlooking Washington Square Park.” CBS News' @JaredOchacher reports.

Raskin: The Supreme Court has imposed an outrageous racial double standard. In the name of partisan gerrymandering, you can deliberately abolish every majority-African American district in the South. If you want to deliberately create majority-African American districts, it’s presumptively unconstitutional. So we have a racial double standard that’s being advanced by the MAGA Roberts Court.

She defended her answer when asked if the gerrymander is the best way to handle the situation, as other states scramble to change their maps ahead of November's midterms. "If the Republican Party is going to aggressively redraw, we're looking at losing possibly 19 members of the Congressional Black Caucus because of this, frankly, racist redistricting efforts targeted towards disenfranchising Black voters across the country," she said. "And we have a responsibility to answer to it."
