MO House Rep Michael Davis attempts to add amendment protecting Parental Rights for vaccinations on SB 888. Reps Elliott & Kalberloh back him up w/ a roll call vote and yes vote. 8-8 tie & it failed. Only 3 Republicans in the #moleg committee to stand up for parental rights.
