Hi @zomato If there is a frequent problem to deliver the orders from restaurants managed by @eatsurenow then those options should not be shown in your portal. This is the second time my order could not be fulfilled because there was no delivery partner.

@flipkartsupport Pathetic service. In DM support person is telling me to go to orders and select order and click on help. The fact is I am facing issues in placing the order itself so how can I select the order. The order is not there yet and you need to help me with that.

@CESCLimited worst services always. Cannot call the customer care, an AI chatbot to register a complaint which no one bothers. They switched off the supply 2.5 hours ago because of tree cutting and no one bothers to switch power on in the area.

@firstcryindia Poor delivery services from FirstCry. One of my orders which had delivery date of yesterday could not be delivered yesterday.I understand sometimes there can be issue but the product is still not out for delivery today also inspite being present at the nearest hub.
