We’re building AI led internal software to forecast inventory and sales at Kidbea. We needed a custom server. I called every major vendor in India. None had it. Finally Lenovo said “We can do it. Pre order. Full payment upfront. Two month wait. We will import it from China.” We paid. Now we are waiting. This is the reality of Make in India in 2026. The ambition is Indian. The silicon is not. Until we build our own semiconductor and hardware ecosystem, every AI dream in this country will have a Chinese supply chain attached to it. Not criticism. Just a fact every founder should know. Jai Hind. 🇮🇳

What I’m realizing is 99.9999999999999999999999999% of AI posts are from people that are trying to get more followers and clicks and has no real world experience on actually deploying. “Improve your workflow 80% by this one Claude skill” “Omg they just released this and it changes the industry completely” It’s all bogus. Create your own workflow that is tailored to you. Don’t buy into this garbage.

introducing "dune" - ai powered 3-magic key macropad that does literally anything 💻✨ we at @projectmiragehq have been quietly building this on the side. you can do stuff like hey if im on github, make third key "approve pr", one tap and pr approved. ive configured rest two buttons to "fire the developer", "tag cto on pr" (haha) and that's just the defaults. you can configure literally anything like book a cab, join next meeting, explain the code, run some script and a lot more. i have soooooo many fun ideas with this. cnc aluminum. usb-c. 50g. beautiful little beast for your mac. launching very very soon, pretty excited 👀
