Do people who think the DA will save Johannesburg realise that in my home city, where they govern, police stations have closing times out of fear of criminals, and residents have to pay protection fees just to avoid getting robbed and killed on their way to work in the morning?

I spent time with blacks & visit townships/rural areas regularly & i have never heard people randomly sing "kill the boer, kill the farmer" song 😂.

As a black South African, I am very happy with what Elon Musk about the South African racist laws. These so called transformation policies have resulted in the highest unemployment rate in the world. Young black and white people are stuck at home with no jobs.

The subtle message that Trump is saying, is that black people are savages who kill with impunity. The racist trope that we uncivilised and animal-like as race is what Afriforum has peddled and now Trump is reinforcing in his messaging. The world is on our side in pushing back against this distortion and disinformation and racist branding of black people. There is no genocide against white people in South Africa.
Black people are the ones who throughout history from the Slave trade, Jim Crow, apartheid to modern economic exclusion who have faced the brunt of a savage system designed to strip them first of their dignity and ultimately their humanity. I will always call out this lie everytime it is peddled.

I voted for Herman in 2016. I wanted him to do three things only as Mayor
• Fix the potholes
• Fix the traffic lights
• Clean up the streets
Instead he
• Partnered with the EFF
• Shut down cycle lanes
• Insourced incompetent service bloating the city government
• Killed the support structure around Maboneng and other amazing inner city rejuvenation projects
• Resigned in a hissy fit
