“If you go back, I’ll go back.” A lighthearted comment I shared at an SDSU Pep Rally during the Jacks’ first trip to Frisco in 2021 with @CoachDtjackson, the man I worked hand-in-hand with from ‘12-‘18 building up SDSU Football’s social media presence. That phrase has stuck with me as I’ve progressed through my creative video career. Those words have only grown louder since my girlfriend & KU Athletics Director of Photography, @missyminear and I voluntarily separated from KU Athletics back in May. It was a very difficult decision to leave Kansas as working side-by-side with the love of your life, who is living her dream at her alma mater, is something truly special. As we discussed our next step over this past summer, the full-circle move of going back to my alma mater was one I simply couldn’t ignore. With all that said, I’m stoked to announce I’m headed back to Brookings to tell the stories of SDSU Football & the beginning of the Dan Jackson era. #RockChalk #GoJacks
