We've leveraged our composable CDP foundation to create a vibe marketing AI Studio. Would love feedback from anyone interested in AI Agents applied to Marketing as we continue to build (calling @Austen @gregisenberg @boringmarketer) Some context on the example: - Indeed is a customer of ours but this is all on synthetic data - Audiences created can be edited and synced to marketing channels with experiments; or in customer journeys - Our company is called GrowthLoop

I fell down one of the wildest rabbit holes of my life over the weekend and I've wanted to tweet about it so badly. I still can't really. bc I have shit to do. priorities and all that, ya know. but...it stemmed from listening to a 3 hour podcast with a like an astrophysicist, and a couple other scientists. they were all very credible, it was very dry nerd talk. very much scientists and not speakers or entertainers. like it was one of those YouTube videos where the producers relied way too heavily on the power of the subject matter/information and ended up with a dry, monotone conversation that nobody could ever stick with for 3 hours. lol. anyway the rabbit hole executive summary is essentially this: “we believe that data has mass. this can be illustrated through math, tho we still lack instruments sensitive enough to truly measure it. we then believe that the hidden state of matter, the original substance of all things, is pure, raw, unprocessed data. and we are approaching critical mass .” example: if you take a hard drive and weight it empty. then fill it with a shit ton of data. max it out. then weigh it again. it will be heavier. (theoretically). on that premise - what if Information is *the* hidden additional state of matter? what if it's *the* original state of matter from which all others derive? what if, then, the thing we call dark matter is just undistilled information. Unprocessed data. The stuff that transforms into everything we know and perceive. *this is what fucked me UP and completely sent me for hours: one of the scientists started talking about some other scientist who had made the claim that everything we are experiencing right now (like all the weird glitches in reality people talk about. basically just all the weird shit we are all feeling even if not talking about it, you know?) Is due to the fact that we are approaching **critical mass through synthetic data generation from the ai boom** and if we continue building data centers and swelling reality with more and more dark matter (data), basically everything goes “boom”. and he presented the math and timeline with projected point at which we basically break reality and cause a system-wide crash. 🤯🫠 I know. a wild ass idea. and remember this was all just in conversation, nerds talking nerd shit. not formal claims or anything. but the amount of math that supported the theory was….enough to give me pause. ok that’s all I got for ya. just a little seed. go have fun with it. show your ai or something. ;) 🫶

we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company. #### today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone. first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay. we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly. i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures. a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers. we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold. to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward. to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow. jack

BREAKING: Trump makes the outlandish claim that Obama gave away classified information when he said “aliens are real.” “He gave classified information. He’s not supposed to be doing that. I don’t know if they’re real or not… I can tell you he gave classified information. He made a big mistake” This makes no sense, because Trump would also know this if it was classified.

Just scored 76.11% on ARC-AGI 2 — beating public GPT-5.2 and Gemini-3-Pro baselines by >20%, and (as far as I know) the best publicly reported result so far. Approach: what I’d call Multi-Model Reflective Reasoning - Using GPT-5.2, Gemini-3, Opus 4.5 - Long-horizon/multi-step reasoning (~6hrs/problem) - Agentic codegen (>100,000 python calls) - Visual reasoning - Council of judges Fun fact: all solver code was written by Gemini-3-CLI. Does this count as AI generating a new AI that beats the prior SOTA? 🤔 Full run + code (open source): kaggle.com/code/johanland… @GregKamradt , holiday break is over 🙂 semi-private when? #ARCAGI #AIResearch

if twitter had "tweets" and "re-tweets", and truth social has "truths" and "re-truths".... can XAI/X/SpaceX now have a cool name for "posts" and "re-posting"? maybe.... "transmit" and "re-transmit"?

I am very excited about AI, but to go off-script for a minute: I built an app with Codex last week. It was very fun. Then I started asking it for ideas for new features and at least a couple of them were better than I was thinking of. I felt a little useless and it was sad.

if you’re watching all of this and your first instinct is to start building your own agent from scratch, i want to be your friend drop one of your favorite unique agent building tactics here, and if i like it, i’ll invite you to a small DM group for sharing ideas and questions around building better autonomous agents (i’m rebuilding now and have lots of fun ideas and very specific questions but don’t want to spam public feed)
