@RBI @ICICIBank_Care Tried to update my overseas address in NRI account using my EU blue card but ICICI says RBI accepts only address on passport or OCI or driving license. But not on resident permit/ blue card. The requirement is not feasible for new NRI’s . Request help !!

@MyntraSupport I will approach consumer court if Myntra still denies the receipt of my money. Refer crystal clear statement from ICICI. And if this is not Myntra’s account then this is a big fraud to many customers buying on Myntra app. @jagograhakjago

@myntra Here is reply from ICICI with Myntra bank account number and trxn code. Please refund my 9034Rs. Ur escalation manager Kanika told me u guys will tk another 48 hours which is not acceptable to me since I am suffering from weeks. refund my money tmrw. Avoid getting shamed publicly

@myntra Honestly Myntra care is neither different. I am tired talking to robots on Myntra care calls. They were never helpful. It’s clear my money is with Myntra and I have provided bank statement and icici response but no action. Stop cheating . I only have trust on @NPCI_NPCI @RBI
