People often overlook the below; Sleeping. Get 8 hours if you want to grow. Eating. Not all foods are the same, quality nutrition over processed. Chicken breast or some beef mince should be in your meal plans. Steak if you’re balling. Form! It’s not about being perfect but it should be good. Ask for help, I did and still do. Get someone to check your form. Mind muscle connection. It’s not that deep, however you should feel the muscle you’re working when performing the exercise. Go light first and really squeeze the muscle on contraction then go heavier.
