One of the greatest cheat codes in life is assuming everything is happening in your favor.
I always see things if the so called “bad” thing didn’t happen, the future blessing could not have occurred. When you start seeing life as happening FOR you instead of TO you, your life will change. Your perspective will change. Your outlook will be bright.

People often overlook the below;
Sleeping. Get 8 hours if you want to grow.
Eating. Not all foods are the same, quality nutrition over processed. Chicken breast or some beef mince should be in your meal plans. Steak if you’re balling.
Form! It’s not about being perfect but it should be good. Ask for help, I did and still do. Get someone to check your form.
Mind muscle connection. It’s not that deep, however you should feel the muscle you’re working when performing the exercise. Go light first and really squeeze the muscle on contraction then go heavier.

This is a reminder to me but to a whole bunch of you lot too…. The good old days are happening now.
You will look back on these blessings of a day and think these were the good old days. So appreciate them while you are in them rather than thinking of rainy moments or a storm that may never come tomorrow.
