Apparently, when Indian 2 was conceptualised, Kamal was supposed to be a lone wolf politician and he was going to use this movie as a platform to highlight corruption in TN and use it as a launchpad for his political entry. But by the time the movie released, he has allied himself with the very political parties that he was singling out for corruption. So he has nicely shifted all the corruption to Gujarat P:S : I haven't watched the movie and I am posting this based on what reviewers are saying.
