@CarrieRosePR @arronshepherd True but the last 15 seconds are exactly how you lose a high performing team. A boss who hounds you on their day off means you’ve a boss that doesn’t trust you, a boss that believes only he knows best, a boss that doesn’t appreciate a work/life balance.

Never drop your standards for people /clients that can’t meet them I find myself and @arronshepherd to be SO similar I have SUCH high standards! I’ve even felt guilty, considered dropping them but then realising why I never should That’s how you build HIGH performing teams.
