🔴 Dave Pearse Returns! ⚪ Bridgwater United are delighted to confirm the return of Dave Pearse as First Team Manager. Dave returns to the club, having previously overseen more than 270 matches across a seven-year spell. His appointment comes after a thorough process to find our new manager and marks a significant moment as the club looks ahead. Speaking on his return, Dave Pearse said: “I’m delighted to be back. There is definitely unfinished business from my last time at the club. Ian and I are absolutely on the same page and will be looking to push the club forward to where it should be. I have no interest in looking back, only forward. I can’t wait to see the supporters, who I know will get behind the team and make Fairfax Park a great atmosphere.” Club owner Ian Davies added: “I know I made a mistake in letting Dave go previously. I was very new to club ownership at the time, and I’m now righting that wrong. Bringing Dave back is absolutely the right thing to do. He’s a great manager and a great asset to the club. I genuinely feel that today marks a new life for Bridgwater United - a new era from this point on. Everyone is welcome at the club. I want the town to get behind Dave and the team, and I’m excited about what we can build to really attack next season.” The club would also like to place on record its thanks to Shaun Potter, Dayle Grubb, and Mark McKeever for stepping in and helping to steady the ship during their time with the club. #WeAreUnited
