The FOI highlights a major gap: collisions are recorded, but antisocial riding, near‑misses, intimidation, and unreported incidents have no dedicated code. This makes it hard to assess risk or plan safeguarding.

FOI 17946 is back. PSNI has released two years of collision data involving scrambler‑type vehicles in Belfast. This is the first structured evidence confirming the harm communities have been reporting for years.

Grateful to Justice Minister @naomi_long for her reply on scrambler misuse. She shares our safeguarding concerns, has written to the Chief Constable + Ministers for Communities & Infrastructure to propose cross‑govt response, and backs stronger police powers in the Justice Bill.
