Instead of "there is no evidence for the Book of Mormon" Try "There is no proof for the Book of Mormon" or "The evidence for the Book of Mormon is weak." The first statement is designed to shut down conversation which is probably why it is used more often.

If you condemn the Book of Mormon, especially without reading it, God will hold you accountable. The Book of Mormon is the word of God for our day. A man will come closer to Christ by living its precepts than by any other book

No honest soul can read The Book of Mormon and conclude, with any integrity, that it’s “demonic”

If we had the golden plates in a museum, and every expert in the world agreed Joseph translated the Book of Mormon correctly, would that "prove" The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true? Would everyone be compelled to join the Church?

I’m gonna be honest, I find it very painful when non-LDS Christians talk about the 500+ eyewitnesses. They usually completely ignore that it is actually only a single (anonymous) eyewitness who wrote anything about it.

Vivek: Jesus is A son of god but Jesus is not THE son of god. Jesus is A way to heaven but not THE way to heaven.
