BABALA KONTRA SCAMMERS NA NAGPAPAKILALANG CONVERGE EMPLOYEES
Mag-ingat sa mga taong nagpapakilalang taga-Converge para makapang-scam.
May mga scammer na gumagamit ng pangalan ng empleyado ng Converge at nagpapadala ng pekeng ID para makapanloko. Kokontakin nila kayo online at mag-o-offer ng refund. Pero para makuha ang umano’y refund, hihingan nila kayo ng bayad.
Huwag maniwala sa mga ganitong mensahe. Para hindi ma-scam, makipag-usap lamang sa Converge Support sa aming official channels o sa representatives sa aming business centers.
Tandaan ding hindi tumatanggap ang Converge ng bayad sa bill through direct bank deposit, e-wallet deposit, o fund transfer. Laging piliin ang bill payment option kung magbabayad gamit ang bank o e-wallet app. Huwag na huwag magpadala ng bayad gamit ang fund transfer.
