The Depute Assessor won my "Most Efficient Bureaucrat of 2025" award 🏆..must say, I quite like the chap - efficient. But, now a bit of resistence via influence from @HighlandCouncil . Bitty late on the FOI (for him) & need to update the "spaff meter" for the how much 💰. 😂

Application for leave to appeal should be lodged by Monday or Tuesday latest. Got my process ready to go & now just tidying up last of the app. 2 very clean errors in law & 2 further grounds. Ruh roh @HighlandCouncil

Decision Notice 015/2026 at @FOIScotland finally complied with after missing the original deadline set by the SIC on my FOI about SAR statistics & GDPR compliance.
The results are shocking... but, not surprising. Results shortly..
