Make sure to highlight it.

📌 Build In Public Whatever you are learning keep sharing it with the community. Share it on any social media platform of your choice like @YouTube, @Twitter, @LinkedIn and in any form you want, be it video, blogs, tweets etc. Make sure to share it.

📌 Explore the tech stacks -Choose a particular domain initially that interests you the most like NFT, Defi etc -At first stick to one blockchain -Find an online resource to learn the skills required -Start building small projects -Once comfortable explore new tech stacks

📌 Learn the fundamentals If you're new in the Web3 space, work on building your fundamentals strong. You would not be able to grasp everything in one go but as and when you come across something new, research about it.
