Be careful while taking loans from @IDFCFIRSTBank I took an educational loan from them and they had asked me to create two FDs with them assuring me that they will release the interest and FDs after two years. Today they are suddenly saying that these were not the terms. (1/2)

@BookMyForex how on earth will I get a one-way ticket? There's absolutely no coordination amongst their team. Please avoid their forex cards, because God forbid you're stuck in an emergency, you CANNOT rely on them. Please look elsewhere, their customer service is terrible!

I want to raise an official complaint against @IDFCFIRSTBank service. I took a loan for which timely EMIs are being deducted.However they endlessly harass with 'reminder' phone calls from 10 days before the EMI is even due.This after "taking a strong feedback" "placing me on DND"

I would have understood if I had defaulted,or payment had been delayed for any reason.But why are they constantly calling me so many days before it's due? Is there absolutely no management in place to know that you've irritated the customer multiple times already? @IDFCFIRSTBank

Absolute chaos Maharishi Dayanand Marg red light (Malviya nagar, Hauz Khas Metro, Panchsheel) light turned red 18 times, I have barely covered 50 meters. It turns green for just 20 secs after a long wait of 160 secs! Utter waste of time this is! Do better @dtptraffic
