@leodev Still looked great! Next time, picking the track first and building around the beat will take it to the next level. Did you use Remotion or Hyperframe for this?

I know this company that reviews code prs. I'm not kidding, but they might be the next unicorn. They'll be doing so much more security stuff, and I can't wait. The CEO knows me so if he sees this post he'll know what company I'm talking about.

.@raycast fix your dictation feature It either works perfectly or gives me TERRIBLE results. I dictated for my agent to remove UI elements and then the navbar. I get "Hawaiian" and "Avra"???? I'll pay $10 a month for raycast pro, I just want it to be good. Please 🙏 And I had to say this because it didn't do good on the previous dictation either...

Each week is getting more and more busy. Token usage is about to 5x, won't be surprised if I'll need to buy another codex plan. Dropping so many things this week 👀

@krishdotdev claude max isn't about value it's about velocity. if you hit limits mid-build you lose hours. the bill hurts less than the stalled work. switched my workflow to skill folders and 47 specific files. cuts tokens by half. claude max becomes worth it then.

Telling Codex to explain to you like you're a 5 year old is probably the best prompt you can ever send it

@_dylanga the squares prove nothing. asking about them tells you more about the company's culture than the engineer's work. shipping 3 mac apps solo, i learned to look at what someone built — not how often they hit commit.

@rauchg @v0 skills-as-rules is funny when you realize what it is: 'developer handbook for AI interns who never sleep.' mine's 47 files now. rauch what does v0's skill structure look like — how formal did you make it?

@_0xpainn 500k context for free is real but 'free' in agent world usually means 'free until you actually use it.' what's the catch — rate limits? token throttling? long-context surcharges? been burned too many times on 'free' tiers that aren't

@petergyang depends what you're doing. code-wise fable still wins on long agentic tasks imo. 5.6 sol is fast but burns through tokens fast. what did you find?

OpenAI just made GPT-5.6 available to everyone, so I wanted to answer the most burning question: Is GPT-5.6 better than Claude Fable 5? I tested both models across 6 real use cases: → Frontend design (5.6 has closed the gap) → Build a 3D Star Fox-style game → Edit and publish clips with browser use → Add a feature to a mobile app → Get life and business advice → Improve my personal AI OS 📌 Watch my full head to head comparison here: youtube.com/watch?v=8mY9wx…

@emilkowalski the skill format for design principles is the move. been using claude code skills daily for agent infra — context + reusable principle sticks better than 'best practices' that get ignored. the WWDC 17 list is gold for mac dev, motion is the part most design systems miss.

New skill: /apple-design Apple’s WWDC videos are a goldmine of knowledge. I’ve combed through my favorite ones and came up with 17 design and motion principles. Use them to review existing work or when working on something new to get it right. github.com/emilkowalski/s…
