#WATCH | Puri, Odisha: Arabinda Kumar Padhee (Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration) says, "...There has been no violation of the rituals. According to the information we have, about 1.2 million devotees gathered today to have the darshan of the deities. All the rituals were conducted smoothly while ensuring the safety of the devotees. As large numbers of devotees had gathered on the Bada Danda (Grand Road), we decided to stop the chariot pulling in the evening because it would have been unsafe to continue after dark. The pulling of all three chariots will resume at 9:30 am tomorrow..."
