Driver’s name is Carmen but as much of an issue as she is, Uber Eats screwed us and offers no way to get our money back for the missing food. Terrible.

@UberEats NEVER use Uber Eats. Stay with door dash. Driver left an entire meal at the restaurant. We called her while still in our driveway and she hung up on us as she pulled out and drove off. Called three more times and declined the call. Uber Eats offered us $2 credit. 1/2

The meal was over $20. Called the restaurant and they said driver just walked out without the meal and they have continual issues with Uber Eats. Stick with Door Dash!!
