@Masriabdullahh It’s true, it was their mistake and they admitted it in writing. They gave me zero time. I went to log in and my account was closed. Received an email they were freezing my funds. I had to raise hell for them to even look at it. Lo and behold it was their error.
Not the first time i've seen this.
If this is true, Mercury has lost the single biggest trust factor.
I recommended Mercury to all my clients because they always gave a notice and allowed 2 weeks to withdraw funds in case of closure.
Guess that's gone after Column switch.

Hopped off the phone with @WPN_CEO seems like things will be taken care of. Looks like security flagged this new account as a mixup from my previous accounts being banned.
They’re clearing this mixup and offered to double my account balance (4K~) as compensation for the issue
