Over the last 5 months I have received texts to say that my subscription could not be taken by automatically from my bank. I have telephoned and spoken to Asda every month and each operator has told me that it was a glitch and would not occur again. But it does!

Trying this avenue, as my elderly mother has exhausted all other options.
She's topped up her pay as you go mobile three times in succession, all three payments have come out of her account, paid to 'Asda Stores', but there is still a zero balance on her phone? 1/2

@asda_mobile absolutely useless customer service .. I have called 3 times and been promised an email nothing received and now via the help email route another delay is a VAT receipt for a bundle that hard !

Hi Terrier, thank you for contacting Asda Mobile. Please note that you can enjoy free roaming in 46 European countries with an Asda Mobile SIM plan. You don't even need to let us know you're going away! If you're in one of the 46 select European countries, you can continue to text, call, stream and scroll as you would at home. All SIM plan you can have a data roaming limit of up to 5GB and please note that you can check all details via our website: mobile.asda.com/roaming-callin…. @asda_mobile signed my dad up for a rolling 3gb unlimited mins/texts £5 per month. Yet again it’s not rolled over. Tried signing up for same deal on a 12 month contract put his details in and my bank details in and failed ID check. This is becoming a farce, any ideas ?

This really is terrible, SSO means Single Sign On.
This comes after you have to sign in twice, every time.
Even worse it shows it will now redirect to the app, which I am already using!
There is no redirect, just a really poor UI @asda_mobile

Hi, the 5GB free roaming does not apply to World Group 1 or other international destinations. Outside the EU, standard roaming charges will apply depending on the country you're visiting. You can also check the charges via mobile.asda.com/roaming-callin…

@asda_mobile I topped up on the apple but you took the payment twice out my back, but the app isn't saying I've topped but double, either add the extra money to my balance or refund it me, is it normal for you to charge customers twice on the app?
