Every December, Politicians in Kenya have a football tournament to their name. • Hon Bongo Lala Cup, • Talanta na Kauzi Cup, • Mama Diabz Cup, • Mzee GenZi Tournament, Purely a lack of creativity and ingenuity. Simply copying and pasting activities to deceive the masses. Politicians steal public money, impoverish hardworking citizens, and then, in December, they run these useless football tournaments that don't add value to the socio-economy of the nation. How have these tournaments helped citizens? Do you think these politicians believe in these tournaments? They use these tournaments as a platform to propagate their political agenda and have little intention of nurturing talent. Why not fund established football structures, such as the football federation, to host one tournament in every county? — Or, support existing football clubs and encourage fans to attend matches? If these politicians were credible, then Kenya would have the best football team in Africa.
