And it's always us who hate leadership roles that people want to put us there 😩😩😭😭 and in my experience, it angers people who love such roles and puts a target on your back. There's a shift in how they engage with you. They even feel heavy😩

Last month, my dad’s last remaining sibling passed away and I was in Indiana for work and couldn’t attend the funeral. Saturday, my mom’s sister passed away and her funeral is Wednesday while I’m in Maine for work so I can’t attend her funeral either 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

My layover flight at 2pm tomorrow is already delayed until 4pm because the incoming flight from Birmingham is delayed. That makes zero sense. That’s so far away from now.
