The third participant in the Arthur Ashe vandalism is likely a Patriot Front Network 9 member w/ alias 'Christopher VA' (real name currently unknown). The anonymous nazi's appearance in leaked videos strongly resembles the cameraman Nathan Noyce calls "Chris" at the Ashe mural.

Nathaniel J. Noyce aka 'Roger VA' can be seen in a 2019 Facebook picture wearing the same hoodie that he had on while he was filmed destroying the paintings of Arthur Ashe at Battery Park in Richmond.

The plan to destroy the Arthur Ashe mural is mentioned in notes from an Oct. 12, 2021 meeting of Patriot Front's 'Network 9' chapter - local members were listed as "available" or "unavailable" for "Richmond Stencils":
