If that’s the case I would use 90 D supercross directed down to Ostia cx & try a floppy choice PT or whisper to cross the complex lesion

Pt w/ NSTEMI +refractory pain on IV nitro. Previous CABG. SVG to LCX⬇️. Patent SVG-RCA and LIMA-LAD. I tried to wire with no luck. EBU then AL1. Kept getting stuck at lesion after aneurysm. Tried OTW and micro cath. Bringing back with supercross +/- two pass. What would you do?
