@Stash Do you really think I didn't reach out to customer service already? Of course I did. I literally keep receiving the same canned message. It's the reason I asked whether there is just one person who works in Customer Service and Operations. Stash looks crazy and unprofessional.

@Stash It just may be time to part ways with Stash. I think there are back-end infrastructure problems that cause unnecessary aggravation. No one has time for extra aggravation these days.
