Unpopular opinion: Most people won’t make money with AI. Not because AI is hard… But because they never move past consuming. They watch tutorials. Save prompts. Try tools for 2 days. Then repeat. Meanwhile, a small group is doing this: → Picking 1 problem → Using AI to solve it → Shipping fast → Charging for it Same tools. Different mindset. AI doesn’t reward knowledge. It rewards execution. Most people use AI like this: Prompt → Output → Done ❌ That’s why results feel average. Here’s how I actually use AI: Prompt → Output → Refine → Challenge → Improve ✅ Try this: “Make this better.” “Shorten it by 30%.” “What am I missing?” “Give a stronger version.” AI gets powerful in iteration. Not in first drafts. Treat it like a team member, not a tool. Follow for practical AI workflows. #AI #PromptEngineering #GenAI #AITools #Productivity #BuildInPublic

Monday reminder: AI is not here to replace you. It’s here to expose how you work. If you’re: → Clear → You’ll move faster → Structured → You’ll get better output → Consistent → You’ll compound results If not… AI will just amplify confusion. Tools don’t create results. Systems do. This week, don’t chase new tools. Build 1 repeatable AI workflow. That’s where real leverage is. Follow for practical AI workflows. #AI #GenAI #Productivity #BuildInPublic #AITools #Startups

Weekend AI Playbook (Save this): If I had to start from scratch today, this is exactly how I’d use AI to build something real in 24 hours: 1. Idea → Validate Use Claude to refine problem + target user 2. Break into steps “Act as a product manager. Create modules + roadmap” 3. Build fast Use Replit to create MVP (don’t overthink tech) 4. Improve Ask AI: “What’s missing? What would make this 10x better?” 5. Launch Landing page + simple demo (done > perfect) Most people stay stuck in learning. Winners ship. AI rewards execution speed. If your AI outputs still suck… This is probably why. You’re prompting randomly instead of using structure. Here are 5 frameworks I use daily (save this): 1. ROLE + TASK 2. ROLE + TASK + CONTEXT 3. ROLE + TASK + CONTEXT + OUTPUT 4. ITERATE → Improve output 5. CRITIC → Find flaws Same tools. Completely different results. Structure = better AI output. Your AI outputs are bad for a reason: You’re being too vague. AI rewards clarity, not cleverness. Instead of: “Create a marketing plan” Do this: “Act as a B2B SaaS growth expert. Create a 30-day marketing plan for a payroll software targeting US SMBs. Focus on LinkedIn + cold outreach. Give weekly breakdown + KPIs.” Same tool. Completely different result. AI is only as smart as your instructions. Be specific. Always. Follow for daily practical AI workflows. #AI #PromptEngineering #GenAI #AITools #Marketing #BuildInPublic

People keep asking: “Can AI really build real products?” Short answer: Yes. But only if you stop treating it like a chatbot. Here’s how I actually build with AI: 1. Start with idea clarity (problem > features) 2. Use Claude to break it into modules 3. Use Replit to build + iterate fast 4. Keep refining like a product manager AI doesn’t replace thinking. It amplifies structured thinking. Most people skip that part. That’s why they never move beyond demos. Execution > prompts. Most people think AI saves time. Wrong. AI multiplies output. Here’s what that actually looks like for me: → 1 idea → 10 variations (Claude) → 1 concept → working app (Replit) → 1 script → video content (Runway/HeyGen) Earlier: 1 day = 1 output Now: 1 day = 10+ outputs The game is no longer effort. It’s leverage. If you're still using AI just for answers… You're missing the real opportunity. Follow for daily practical AI workflows. #AI #GenAI #Automation #AITools #Productivity #BuildInPublic

Hot take: Stop trying every new AI tool. Start mastering just 3. My current stack: → Claude → Deep thinking, strategy, structured outputs → Replit → Build + deploy apps fast → Runway/HeyGen → Content creation at scale That’s it. No overwhelm. No shiny object syndrome. Most people fail with AI not because of lack of tools… But because of too many tools. Depth > Variety. Pick your stack. Master it. 90% of people fail with AI for one simple reason: They don’t know how to prompt with structure. Here’s a simple framework I use daily (works with Claude, ChatGPT, etc.): → ROLE: Who should AI act as → TASK: What exactly needs to be done → CONTEXT: Background info (VERY important) → OUTPUT: Format you want (table, code, steps) Example: “You are a senior product manager. Create a feature roadmap for a payroll SaaS in the US. Consider multi-state tax compliance. Give output in table format.” This alone will 10x your results. Most people skip structure. That’s why they get average output. Follow for daily practical AI workflows. #AI #PromptEngineering #GenAI #AITools #Automation #BuildInPublic

Most people are using AI like Google. That’s why they’re getting average results. Here’s how I actually use AI tools like Replit, Claude & Runway to get 10x output: 1. I don’t ask questions. I assign roles. → “You are a senior full-stack dev. Build this with scalability in mind.” 2. I don’t accept first output. → I iterate like a manager, not a user. 3. I combine tools, not depend on one: → Claude (thinking) → Replit (execution) → Runway/HeyGen (content) 4. I give context like I would to a human team. Bad prompt = bad output. AI is not magic. It’s leverage. Use it like a CEO, not an intern. Follow for daily practical AI workflows. #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #BuildInPublic #NoCode #AITools #Startups

The cameras were installed inside the property without any prior information and even on the @Airbnb it is mentioned they have no cameras installed, we are simply asking for the proof and airbnb is denying it, it's a massive fault. #airbnb #airbnbsupport #needresolution #nolies

Worst @Airbnb experience of our lives Raised all concerns with Airbnb, expecting some accountability. Instead, they've chosen to support the host bit.ly/3H1nAuy, who hasn’t provided a single valid proof when asked. Very Very Very Disappointed @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb_in
