🏆IHSA FLAG FOOTBALL COACH OF THE YEAR 🏆 Willowbrook High School is proud to share that Rachel Karos, Head Coach of the Willowbrook Girls Flag Football Team, has been selected by the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) administrative staff as the recipient of the 2024-25 Girls Flag Football Coach of the Year Award! According to a press release from the IHSA, “The selection to receive this prestigious honor was based upon the positive work (Karos) has done with the athletes in your program. Congratulations! We held our annual “Think Pink” Football game on Friday to raise awareness for cancer and show our support for those affected by the disease. The event brought our community together in a powerful display of unity, strength, and hope, with players, fans, and staff proudly wearing pink to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and promote early detection and research efforts.
