5 pitchers I’ve worked with and gotten to know over the offseason that are SLEPT ON (uncommitted Seniors) 1. @jahir_vanegas - sitting 86 with high vert and a nasty gyro slider- can see low 90s as he continues his journey - avg FB went up 5 this off season 2. @BaronMannis - big frame LHP - Barry Zito curve (-22 vert 12-6 shape) - 20+ vert 4seam up to 91 so far 3. @_RyderArmstrong - up to 85 strike throwing machine with one of the best Changeups I’ve ever seen - needs to fill in his 6’2 lanky frame - boxes with his friends in the cattle pens (made me a fan instantly) 4. @asherlacy6 added 3-4 to the FB, great pitchability with command of 3 pitches - threw a no hitter in the 5A playoffs last year - has the mindset to be a workhorse 5. @Nash_Aylor raised his avg FB to 87 along with a nasty slider and ability to land a plus change up Dudes are going to make some noise this year - I’ll periodically do this for the uncommitted guys
