@ashhavenfarms @jcalder1983 @BDuchek I’d bet my hands are dirty in the morning before you’re even out of bed , thanks for your concern though
English

After consulting with my colleagues @jcalder1983 and @BDuchek we have decided
If anyone can figure out what is going on with the split here based off 0 information , we will give you a free years subscription to our consulting services where we will teach you how to farm.
Good luck

@webfarmer I found if the lower edge got thin or the ends of the fibreglass slats tear the canvas can let material in.
English

@ashhavenfarms Well worn, but no cuts or openings that would let anything in.

@KelvinHeppner @GrantJacksonMP one of the critical tools presently used to address herbicide resistant kochia in our region.

Health Canada looking to ban in-crop dicamba in soybeans.
Proposed decision just released for 45-day comment period. realagriculture.com/2025/09/health…

@oatsgrower @BDuchek This right here. I wanted to do the same. Reglone is not registered, but I don’t think they test for it. So if you do keep it secret
English

Just wondering if anybody on #AgTwitter has any experience with using Reglone on oats. Probably about 10 days away if using roundup but the canopy is grass green and full of green leaves yet. Scared that the round up won’t dry the plant material down at this time of year.
English

@Mullin_95 I won’t slam them publicly but one of the ones with a non-continuous auger flighting. They don’t feed short crops well at all.
English

@Andrew_Dalgarno @TheoFleury14 It could be what’s causing all the ruckus down there
English

@ashhavenfarms @TheoFleury14 Maybe they secretly want more atrazine?
English

@Andrew_Dalgarno @TheoFleury14 Google atrazine in your drinking water
English

@TheoFleury14 You do realize that farmers will go back to using the pesticides that were used 30yrs ago? Some (most) of those have higher toxicity than glyphosate....

Can someone translate for Quebeckers? "And Alberta, year after year has 20 to 25 billion dollars that is siphoned out of our system to go to Ottawa so that it can be spent mostly in Quebec, but also in other places that vote Liberal."
"$600 billion in the last 40 or 50 years that have been taken out of this province."
"You don't think we might be able to do a little bit more on social spending if those 20 to 25 billion dollars stayed here?" @ABDanielleSmith @rebeccakschulz @trevortombe

@farmboy1706 I’ve moved away from Meridian and now am using Westfield. Auger flighting wears out quickly with the red ones. Motors… no real favourites. I junked a 3 year old B&S, my vanguard has issues running smoothly, and Hondas are no longer known as easy starters.

@jcalder1983 Quit looking at your neighbors field and get back to recording your podcast.
English

@Redwards40 It looks like you told him he charges too much and demanded a deal before he started.
English

@DarrelWaldnee True, the conveyor gets a fair bit of maintenance, but not terrible. I still sideband potash but I also wouldn’t be afraid of broadcasting my needs. I’ve used the KS product from Biosul with good results.
English

@ashhavenfarms The big pros for liquid is the $1000 dollar pump that lasts 5 years. How long does a $40000 conveyor last?
My biggest issue with liquid is, there's no cheap potash source.
You can't mix certain products where granular doesn't care.
